Title: Imaginative Reality

Summary:

“I’m sure if you ask nicely, Sho will agree to be yours for the night.” Nino hums brightly, “He can never say no to your puppy eyes, trust me. That and promise him good food and he’ll do anything you want.”

During a family gathering, Aiba ends up blurting out Sho’s name as his fake boyfriend’s name to his mother. It doesn’t help that Sho’s a family friend and that next week both families will be away for three days for Sho’s sister’s wedding.

For three days they’ll need to pretend to be dating and Aiba realises it’s around time he did something about his crush.

Notes:

Filling prompt 8. Changed the prompt a bit and this fic basically turned out to be 11k words of two idiots pining for each other and dealing with their feelings and little of the fake dating aspect. Hope you enjoy reading.

Prompt #24: Enemies to lovers AU where Aiba and Sho (or Jun) are rivals/enemies who are forced to work together. They can be two idols from different companies, salary-men assigned to the same project, singers working on the same album, a food critic and a chef working together, etc. Maybe they hate each other because of something that happened in their past? Maybe just one hates the other and the other is clueless about it?

Note: I had lots of fun working with this, plus it gave me the opportunity to work with office AU which I love. Hope you like it!
