Hi, Aiba’s Little Helpers! It’s us, your super sweet mods, and we’re back with Aiba Excha- …. Aiba Exc-- Why won’t that write out.

It’s that time of year again, the time to celebrate AIBA! This year we decided to shake things up a bit and try something new. If this format doesn’t work out, we can shift back next year and pretend like this never happened.

So… I guess. WELCOME TO AIBA EXCHANGE - FEST EDITION!!!! More exclamation marks, more trumpeting, more celebration!! Located solely on DW, by the way.

As mentioned above, a change in format is upon us, so let’s get down to the nitty gritty for those of you who have never participated in a fest like this.

The Rules go like this.

1. As of the publishing of this post, prompt submissions will open to anyone who wants to submit, even if you don’t plan to write, to give our participants the most delicious of options to choose from. The post will close on Monday, October 1st. Comments will be screened and are open to both anonymous and non-anonymous submissions. Essentially, hit us with your best shot, helpers.

2. On October 1st, the claims post will then go up, where participants can rush in and claim their favorite prompt! By claiming a prompt, you are signing up for this fest.

3. You can submit one prompt, two prompts, three prompts, four! Really, as many as you want (in separate comments), but that does not guarantee that any of them will be written.

4. When submitting a prompt, we’re going to go the simple route. Please include the following:

• All fic/prompts should be Aiba-centric in nature! We welcome drama, movie, canon, AU or some strange mix of all of these things.
• Fics should be a minimum of 1500 words.
• Fics should be written in English.
• Fics should be beta read before being submitted. If you can’t find one, your (self-proclaimed) awesome mods will hook you up.
• Fics should be submitted with all appropriate html tags included.
• Writers/readers/participants should be courteous at ALL times.
• Writers/participants should remain anonymous until reveals are posted.
• All underage fic is banned. We cannot and will not support this.
• Everyone should have fun! (excessive use of exclamation marks is totally optional, but highly encouraged.)
